Shipping:
When you check out, the shipping charges on your order are only an estimate. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination of the order and are usually lower than the estimated cost. We do not charge out your order until we have checked the shipping. If we can send it cheaper then we change out the cost and then process your order. We prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail envelopes and boxes within the United States. For larger orders, we ship either USPS or UPS. We will choose the least expensive method of shipment. We will send you an email once your order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for orders lost by USPS. If you are concerned, please add a comment to your order for us to add insurance.
Return Policy:
Customers are important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchases. Every effort will be made to ship your order in 1 business day and it will be double checked for quality control. However, mistakes do happen. Please email us at materialgirl@verizon.net if you have a problem with your order. You must contact us before we can accept any returns. If the error was ours, shipping will be paid by Material Girls Quilt Boutique.
Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. No returns on cut fabric. Please make your selections carefully before ordering. All Sales are final after 7 days.
