Machine Service

Our Service Department will be CLOSED for technical upgrades from Sept 1-Sept 30. Please do not bring any machines in for service during this time. They will not be accepted. If your machine is already in for service, it will be continue to be serviced.

The Service Department current operating schedule is 4-6 weeks.

Material Girls Quilt Boutique has a Bernina Certified Technician who services all Bernina Machines along with all other brands. You can drop off your machine for service and repair any day of the week.

All the work is done in-house.

When dropping off your machine please us please use this Service Checklist to make sure that you bring all the necessary parts for your machine service.
