We will be spending the weekend at the National Conference Center in Leesburg, Virginia. They are located three miles from historic downtown Leesburg in the heart of DC’s Wine Country, Loudoun County, Virginia. Known for its scenic equestrian farms, vineyards, and craft breweries, Loudoun County offers something for every interest – from culture and history to shopping and the great outdoors. The campus may feel like a far-away retreat, The National Conference Center is only 45 minutes from the bustle of Washington, DC, and conveniently located just 12 miles from Dulles International Airport.

During your stay at The National Conference Center, you are in for a treat! At The National Conference Center, they understand the importance of cuisine during your visit. They take a hyperlocal, ingredient-driven approach that starts in the dining room and continues through our refreshment breaks, event catering, and the Black Olive Bar & Grill. Diverse menus that satisfy every palate and dietary need are carefully crafted by our award-winning team.
Your stay includes (12) full meals, access to continuous non-alcoholic beverage centers throughout the property, evening events, and mid-morning and afternoon snacks each day.
Sewing Space
You have 24-hour access to your sewing table, rolling desk chair, ironing stations, and cutting tables.

Single Occupancy Retreat Attendee: $1099
Double Occupancy with Two Re-Treat Attendees*: $1998 ($999 each)
*Sharing one bed. This has changed from previous retreats. Double Occupancy Suites may ONLY have a queen bed and no couch. Both occupants will be sewing in the retreat room and have access to all meals, beverages, and snacks.
Double Occupancy with One Re-Treat Attendee*: $1799
*One occupant of the room will be sewing in the retreat room. Both occupants have access to all meals, beverages, and snacks.

Registration
Registration will open on May 8, 2024, at 9:30am (EST) VIA our website ONLY.
There will be a $250 deposit required at the time of registration. This deposit will be applied to your retreat payment.All retreat payments are non-refundable but are transferrable. Refunds will be made only in the unlikely event Material Girls or NCC cancels the function.
We will continue to take reservations until we are at capacity. Once the event is at capacity, we will open the waitlist.
Please don't get discouraged if you have to go on the waitlist. In the last few retreats, we were able to accommodate
the waitlist in the weeks leading up to the event.
If you were able to complete your online transaction on 5/8/2024, you have a reserved seat. Material Girls will contact you with a more detailed registration form to finalize all payment details.
You can pay in full at any time . We are allowing you to break the retreat into two payments- the first payment is due by July 1 and the second payment is due by September 1.
