Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN 24-48 HRS for Fabric (please see below for shipping times on paper products): 
Most orders will ship the same day Monday through Friday if paid for by 2:00pm EST, unless designated as a preorder (delivery/availability for that item will be noted in the product description). Some days the volume is very high, and we would rather take our time to get your order right than rush it.  Saturdays will be shipped no later than Monday morning. (Except Sundays and holidays when the USPS is closed).

Up to 2 yards quilting weight fabric, First Class Mail is $
2 to 9 Yards $
9-30 yards $
30-45 Yards $
45 and up $

** Please note pre-cuts and certain yardage other than quilting weight cotton have heavier or lighter weights and thicknesses, shipping will be adjusted for them. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
Delivery confirmation is included with all Domestic orders. Insurance and/or signature confirmation can be added for an additional fee. Please leave instructions to seller at check out or use our contact page to advise.


AFTER SHIPPING
After your order is shipped, we cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable. (To date this has never happened.) We will help you locate the package by providing all relevant shipping information, but we cannot reship or refund your order. Please call your local Post Office and/or local Customs Office.
